Ferry travel Croatia to Italy March

    I am from Australia and I am looking at options to travel from Croatia (most likely Split) to Italy. I would want to leave Croatia the week commencing March 20th. I can not find schedules online, I am not sure if they do not run at this time of year or if they are not published yet. I was wondering if you could give me some ideas of travelling from Split to any available city in Italy and also Dubrovnik to Italy the same week.
    Also, what are my options for booking from Australia?

    First ferry departure in 2017 from Dubrovnik to Bari in Italy is on 10. April 2017 so the best is to travel from Split to Ancona. The schedules are available online now and you can book it online on same site croatiaferries.com
